Annual Fireworks

Lake Barkley's annual fireworks will be held on Sunday, July 3rd starting around 9p.m. at the beach. The fireworks are sponsored by the Friends of Lake Barkley State Resort Park with generous support from the community. This year the 202nd Army Band of the Kentucky National Guard will be providing live music at the beach starting at 6p.m.

Please remember that dogs are not allowed on the beach and no personal fireworks are permitted.

Beach now open

Lake Barkley State Resort park's beach is now open! Hours for the summer season are 9a.m. - 7p.m. Please remember that there are no lifeguards at the beach, and dogs are not allowed on the swimming beach.
